Rutubula Pettaway is an ASWB board-certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She provides compassionate, patient-centered care with a dedication to counseling excellence at the Care Center at Dobbs Elementary School.  She works with children and their families using an eclectic approach, tailored to meet the needs of each individual child. Ms. Pettaway first began working with children in a school setting in 2008, as a school counselor. In 2014, she earned her Master of Social Work degree from Florida State University to broaden her knowledge in providing direct counseling services. Ms. Pettaway is passionate about mental wellness and assisting children to thrive in their social and emotional health. In her free time, she enjoys bird watching, ballroom dancing, and traveling with her family.
