Public Comment Protocol
The public must contact the Vice-Chair, via email, 48 hours in advance of the meeting and receive confirmation. Each confirmed speaker will be allowed up to 5 minutes per person, with a total limit of 20 minutes for all speakers. Public comment will occur before announcements.
